The Data Entry/Customer Service Associate Role is responsible for all phases of the Data Entry Department including, but not limited to entering purchase orders, forwarding to suppliers, and reconciling the conformations. Communicating with the Warehouse staff on shipments. Resolving purchase order discrepancies. Answering phones. Assist with customer service when needed. Help with other office duties. Loss prevention. Fronting and facing. Keeping a clean department. And providing knowledgeable and courteous answers to our customers.
Experience in data entry.
Must be able to multitask while being fast, accurate, and efficient.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Have great customer service skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced hardware/Retail environment

Hardware and building material knowledge and experience.
