POSITION SUMMARY

The Cashier/Customer Service Role is responsible for all phases of cashiering including, but not limited to processing of invoices for customer charges, processing returns, and providing knowledgeable and courteous answers to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Minimum one year of point-of-sale experience in a fast-paced hardware retail environment
  • Computer and cash register knowledge and experience
  • Must be able to multitask while being fast, accurate, and efficient.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Preferred:

  • Have knowledge of hardware and building material
  • Enjoy helping customers and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating an energetic, friendly, and positive demeanor.
  • Open availability to work.
